Culligan, a Belgium-based water distribution company, offers premium water solutions for both homes and workplaces. To strengthen their digital presence and meet evolving customer expectations, the objective was to move beyond a purely informational website and build a Shopify-powered eCommerce platform. The new solution was designed to present their product offerings clearly while supporting seamless one-time purchases and subscription-based water delivery services. This transformation enabled Culligan to provide a more convenient, scalable, and customer-centric online experience.
Culligan’s earlier website primarily served as an informational platform and did not support online purchasing or subscription-based water delivery. Customers were unable to place orders directly, and there was no mechanism for recurring deliveries. The platform also offered limited flexibility in presenting detailed product information, making it difficult to highlight specifications effectively.
