Project Summary

The KWP Spanje website is designed to serve the Spanish-market branch of the KWP brand (likely in real-estate, relocation or service offering in Spain).

On the front-end, users arrive seeking Spanish-based services; on the back-end, KWP Spain needs a maintainable site, good performance, and clear branding.

Problem Statement

Prior to this project, KWP Spain faced the following issues:

  • Limited or outdated digital presence in the Spanish market — the website lacked modern UX, slow load times, or mobile-poor performance.
  • Difficulty in showcasing Spanish-specific offerings (properties, services, localised content) in a consolidated way.
  • The need to support multiple languages (Spanish, maybe English/Dutch) for an international client base.
  • The site needed to support lead capture (enquiries, contact forms), while reflecting the KWP brand identity consistently across markets.
  • The back-office (CMS) likely did not provide adequate ease for content editors to update listings, change languages, and maintain performance.

The development project required solving for user-experience (UX) enhancements, operational efficiency for editors and performance/stability for international users.
